Common Problems
The following is a list of some known problems/issues occurring in the field
  • Spyware/Pop-ups (Have you checked your Internet settings?  Have you run Spyware removal software?  Try these steps 1st!)
  • Virus (Have you run your local Anti-virus?  Was it quarantined?  Try deleting it out of your Quarantine and searching the name of the virus on the web.  Known solutions are often listed.)
  • Blue Screen (Have you recently added hardware or software?  Can you log into Safe Mode?)
  • PC does not boot, but it beeps!  (Count the beeps since they often signify the problem at hand!)
